1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Vaishalini.com (the “Site”), operated by Sitaraman Studios LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Users of Vaishalini.com must adhere to the following community rules:

3. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. Your profile will be private and visible only to other registered members of the community, with the exception of your username and points which will be displayed on the public leaderboard.

4. Profile Pictures and User Submissions

You may only upload one profile picture to your account. By uploading a profile picture, you warrant that:

  • You own all rights to the image or have obtained all necessary permissions to use it
  • The image does not infringe on any third party’s copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • The image complies with our community rules and content guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any profile picture that violates these terms.

5. Content and User Submissions

By posting content on Vaishalini.com, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Site.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITARAMAN STUDIOS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SITE
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SITE
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SITE
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sitaraman Studios LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorney fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sitaraman Studios LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
